- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never EVER go through this agent no matter what! Made me feel that my property was not worth the FULL COVERAGE! Thought that it was because it was their policy until, I called customer service and found out that it was Rich discrepancy! I work hard for everything I have and I want to protect it and to have someone tell me it isn't worth FULL COVERAGE?! Told me my motorcycle couldn't have ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE!? Who changes their motorcycle tire on the side of the road?! Please someone tell me! Do you tow it?! I would think so! According to Rich, not available... it wasn't available UNTIL I called and Customer service told me otherwise. Rich told me that they don't offer $0 comp and $100 collision. Rich told me that I couldn't cover my project car that was in the garage (not running) under storage and it had to be liability! ALL LIES!!!! Please learn from my mistake of trusting this man and not make the same mistake! If all else... FIND A DIFFERENT AGENT!!!!By Lucy Barber, December 05, 2016
